Salary:
£15,500 £19,000 per annum, plus benefits, depending on experience
Role:
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day organisation and management of the Branch. Responsible for staff morale, motivation, discipline and training in conjunction with Head Office, whilst ensuring sales and revenue targets are met each month. To remain focused, committed and loyal to both the Company and Customers at all times.
SALES ADVISOR

Salary:
£14,500 - £15,500, plus benefits, depending on experience
Role:
Overall responsibility for assisting the Sales Manager with organisation and management of the sales and revenue targets on a monthly basis. To remain focused, committed and loyal to both the Company and Customers at all times. Providing impeccable Customer Service to all. Ensuring to cross-sell all products.
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Salary:
£14,000 £17,000 per annum, depending on experience
Role:
To ensure the day-to-day administration of the department and deal with the post and diary allocated on a daily basis. Respond to requests and queries made by insurers and both internal and external customers. Ensure all queries/issues are reported to the Admin Manager and Team Leader for a quick resolution as per Company Policy. To work closely with other team members to optimise the use of resources across the department.
CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR

Salary:
£15,000 £17,000 per annum, depending on experience
Role:
To facilitate all claims notified to Insurance Companies. Pursue clients claims in accordance with DCA regulations. The Administrator is required to deal with customers over the telephone/at reception and ensure all claims are handled efficiently via post and diary on a daily basis. To remain focused, committed and loyal to both the company and customers accordingly.
CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR
Working Hours:
Monday Friday 9.00am 5.30pm
Saturday 9.00am 12.00pm

Salary:
£15,000 £17,000 per annum, depending on experience
Role:
To service, administer and deliver customer services in a professional manner utilising Misys, Tam and Sirius systems. Ensure effective Management of policy changes mid term, action post received. Accurately record all documentation on the relevant system. Liaise with Insurers and Schemes department where required and to work in a compliant manner at all times. To maximise cross-sale opportunities and manage the clients needs as appropriate.
